They want to think they know something that others do not. It is the basic human need to have status. These are low status underachievers who will not have that need sated in the workplace or socially and a s such gravitate down the pecking order in a search for status to silly things like this.

Others join community councils or drama clubs.

It is just a publicity stunt - to share their beliefs with a wider audience! They are not taking the piss - and no way is Dave mentally ill! No reason to suppose the others are - but who knows!

Of course it is taking the piss, did you even watch the video?? I would beg to differ about him not being mentally ill as well, probably long term damage to his brain from years of drug abuse...

He does like his Wheelchairs! well he bought 4 on Ebay no sense letting them go to waste, or even, perish the thought, donating them to those who REALLY need them!

This snivelling lying Charlatan is being defended on this forum as a REAL honest contestant on BB11, he makes fun of being in a wheelchair, he mocks those who believed that he was a REAL Monk (in a wheelchair) and he exhorts his "followers" to buy wheelchairs and use them for FUN!!

Don't be so ridiculous!! He didn't need to be in a bloody wheelchair!! He was taking the piss, simple as & for you to defend him & try to make silly excuses is almost as disgusting...

Unless he is himself disabled or had a broken leg at the time, there is NO reason at all why he should be in a wheelchair, in other videos he's in a wheelchair one minute & upon his feet the next, the guy is a disgusting human being!

What credibility??? 99% of people will just think he is a complete loon anyway, only his mentally ill (or pissed or drugged up) followers will think he is credible...

I believe he IS that stupid, I mean if the guy believes he can get drunk reading a novel & that fairies visit him he aint exactly the full ticket is he??

Bull - I am being a realist and just demonstrating that there could be many reasons that we are not aware of as to why he was in that wheelchair! Neither of us were there at the time and not privy to the reasons why - so anything either of us comes up with is supposition/guesswork - nothing more! My innocent reasons are just as viable as your sinister ones!

I repeat - it doesn't make sense for him to risk his credibility by publicly mocking the disabled! What sort of future would his 'ministry' have then! And I find your uninformed guesswork equally as disgusting!
