Technically there's never been any concrete evidence that Jesus ever existed so he can't really be the answer.

Jesus is a really iffy one really. I'm not totally convinced he existed. Lots of contradictions and misinformation.

Hitler is the most infamous man ever to walk the face of a planet. I can understand if people dont know who the current Prime Minister is, or the Pope, but to not know who Hitler is?? I just cant see how someone could be ignorant of his existance considering the huge effect he has had on the world.

I'm not a theist, but I know that Jesus lived as definitely as I know that Queen Victoria, Ghandi, Hannibal, Julius Caesar, King Harold and William of Orange lived: from historical records - or else you may as well say that all history is but a myth.

By the way, I'm not one of the people who have claimed that Jesus is the most famous person that ever lived, merely that a man called Jesus DID exist insofar as we have historical written evidence from sources that, in fact, probably had more reason to try and conceal his existence than promote it.
