With Mr. Bergstrom, the substitute teacher who becomes a massive role model for Lisa - I had no idea he was voiced by Dustin Hoffman

I recently dug up all the simpsons dvds I have and watched them.

Probably my personal favorite episode is Rosebud which is the one where Mr. Burns tries to find his childhood teddy bear Bobo. I love it when Homer is trying to get the bear from Maggie by playing with a box and when Maggie shows interest in the box Homer says "no no, my box, my box".
