![]() It was the best performance of his ever though actually... he sounded much better than normal. Still, Matt's better in every way. |

Tonight was the first time I've actually really liked him, since like the first week of the live shows. Don't think he'll win though, but he'll probably do well anyway.

Put it this way - If you wanted to make an example of the very very best in singing and what is the very worst on stage? Go to Youtube X-Factor and watch Matt and Katie back-to-back. The gap between them is the gap between 'lowest requirements' and 'ideal excellence'. |

but, Matt, tonight, though I wasn't crazy about "i love rocknroll" he just about won X-Factor with 'Knights in White Satin.' I think I just saw the winning performance. Amazing. To put this in perspective (speaking of the gaps in talent) this is what I see when I watch X-Factor (for weeks now). There is an amateur talent show. Pop Idol wannabe competition. Each week, 'last years winner' Rebecca is 'returning' to show off what the best talent winners can become and make of themselves! Each week they have a guest appearance by a top singer and international recording star - Matt Cardle. Afterward everyone in the talent show wants to get Matt Cardles autograph and ask Rebecca lots of questions about what its like to start a career. This is what I feel I may as well be watching now if you see what I mean? Last edited by ElProximo; 28-11-2010 at 01:28 AM. |

Big fan of Matt. I wasn't really into his first song--I just didn't feel it. But his second song was one of my favourites I've ever seen on the show.
