Believing the rubbish the papers write again I see as a Matt fan who's had to defend him against negative stories.. the papers havw writen so much rubbish about ALL the contestants it's hard to take them seriously!.

Also I find it hard to believe the stylist is intimidated by a 17 year old, she's a grown woman FGS.. i'm glad Cher has decided to dress the way she wants and not the way the stylists want her to.

Look I am a big fan of Rebecca, and mid-way through she was nailing the songs and was winning this thing. But the last two weeks have been pretty dreadful and I ahve to agree with you.

The worst of it is, her die hard fans and all the mentors are in complete denial. Something has to change and pretending she is still on top of her game is just a sham and a big lie.

People should always treat tabloid stories with caution,they were on about this story on 'THIS MORNING' and it was not as the tabloids printed it,Lots of stuff has been printed about Wagner,Katie etc,most of us know what it is,but it seems some believe it when convenient.

I am with you kazanne,I rarely believe what I read in the papers and I also could not see Matt even bothering to really talk to them, the papers take a comment and then totally spin it,making it say what they want.

If we believed the papers,then Cher must be a really awful,spiteful girl who argues with her mentor,attacks everyone else as to planning and styling,is rude and objectionable.
Now some people can be one or two of those but rarely all of them but according to the press she is, I don't believe that either.

Matt equally so will have been portrayed wrongly in the press, maybe he just won't talk to them as they want him to,just as Cher probably won't either, so knowing they can never get into bother for 'creating' gossip and controversy the press just do what they like,Especially gutter trash like the Sun, Star and to an extent the Mirror too. Who could really take those papers seriously.

I do agree that this is more than singing alone since 'X-Factor' and charisma and performance style are part of this.
So in this case:

Matt, Mary and (punch myself in the head) Cher-L.

Boy Band does not need to be there. Very lame.

Mary has a good voice but only when she sings particular songs, it doesn't seem to me to be a very distinctive voice either unlike Rebecca or Matt for example
