That was more down to Phil Collinson he's done wonders for Corrie, I can't believe he's got Dennis Tanner to return...that's like getting Annie Sugden back in Emmerdale xD

It's only an award, didn't see any EE cast bitching last year when Corrie won.. I can remember them accepting the fact they lost and looked gracious at the same awards show last year.
