Kerry Katona was reportedly dropped by her management company because of recent wild parties in Marbella, according to News of the World.

The newspaper has printed photos of Katona dancing on tables with Mel B's sister Danielle Brown in Marbella earlier this month.

The management split may lose Katona her OK! magazine column and £1 million in other deals. Since Katona breached her contract, CAN are also reportedly demanding that the reality TV star gives back the rent payments and school fees they paid on her behalf.

Speaking about the nights out in Spain, an insider revealed: "She was clearly out of control. She was trying to grope everyone and even went to the toilet with the door wide open."

"It wasn't comfortable to watch her in that sort of state. At one point Kerry ended up vomiting. She did the same thing on a night out back in London this week."

But troubled Kerry Katona has revealed that she will be made HOMELESS today because her money has finally run out.

The 30-year-old reality TV star says that although she has £400,000 in the bank, she now owes her former manager Claire Powell £350,000 and has just £400 to her name.

CAN had been paying bills for Kerry's £5,000 a month rented home in Surrey and despite her bankruptcy debts, she owes them hundreds of thousands too.

Kerry insists her split with CAN Associates was her decision and is said to still owe other debtors as well as CAN too. The Sunday Mirror reports she could face jail if she flouts repayments - and has an urgent meeting with trustees appointed to handle her bankrupcy next week.

'I am still bankrupt despite working my butt off for the last 17 months. But when I made the decision to break ties with them (CAN), all the support they'd given me was pulled in one go. I understand why and I don't think it's unreasonable, but it's left me in the most desperate situation.'

Kerry Katona escaped eviction last night after ex-manager Claire Powell paid her rent for another month.

However, the reality TV star – who once earned * £2million a year – is still financially in a "real mess", according to PR guru and close friend Max Clifford.

Kerry had been having her £5,000-a-month rent on her Surrey home paid for by her management company Can Associates.

But last week Kerry was dumped by manager Claire after she reportedly lost patience with the star's drinking and her wish to return to Warrington.

Kerry claimed she was going to be left homeless at 5pm last night.

However, at the 11th hour, Claire agreed to pay Kerry's rent for one more month to allow the 30-year-old to have a chance of sorting herself out.

Max Clifford told This Morning: "Claire has done a very very good job for her management-wise and no, she wasn't made homeless at 5pm yesterday.

"Conversations have gone on and Claire has agreed that the rent will be paid for another month to give her time to sort out where she's got to go.

"Obviously her children are all in school down here and are all settled and doing very well down here so hopefully common sense will somehow come in to this, but financially she's in a real mess with the bankrupts and the split-up in her management."

He continued: "The bad news is that her finances are in a real mess. And the fact that her manager Claire and her partner have split up and she has somehow got caught up in the middle of that.

"The good thing is she came to see me last week, she's looking really healthy, she's really happy, she's facing up to her problems, the kids are a joy to behold - as a little mum you can't criticise her for what she's done with no help from Brian McFadden and no help from Mark Croft, she's done that on her own.

"She hasn't taken drugs, she promises me, she had a drugs test in my office last week to show to everybody, so that's the good news."

On the split from Can, Max added: "The split basically is the split between Claire and her partner who ran Can Associates, so there was Neville on the TV side and Claire on the management side, so they've fallen out and she's [Kerry] is in the middle."

He told Closer magazine: "Kerry's naturally sad about leaving her management but she's trying to stay upbeat.

"It makes sense for Kerry to move back up North because it's cheaper to live there and she still owes a lot of people money."

Obviously the news has left some concerned that she'll slip back into bad habits, namely ex-hubby Mark Croft.

A source said: "Kerry moved away to escape from Mark and all the bad influences there. We're worried that she might slip back into her old ways."

Kerry Katona's manager is planning to write off the troubled reality star's massive debt with Can Associates.

Sources told Sunday newspaper that Claire Powell has "given up" trying to get back the £350,000 that Kerry allegedly owes her.

A source told the News of the World that kerry is now being "looked after" by publicist Max Clifford.

A source told the newspaper: "Claire has given up on getting her money back.

"Kerry has lawyers involved who are making things very difficult and Claire feels it might be best for them to all just move on."

I agree totally with you -she has some temerity - and finally, it will all come crashing down on her.

How she has the audacity to have had CAN pay her way for her all this time, fab house rentals, helping towards her kids school fees, allowing her to live, paying for her frequent holidays abroad etc: knowing how much she owes them (financially and otherwise) - she simply has no knowledge of the meaning of 'shame'.

Kerry Katona has spoken out to slam "sick" rumours she had an affair with her ex-manager's husband.

Vile rumours had began to circulate claiming that she dropped Can Associates because she was sleeping with manager Claire Powell's husband Neville Hendricks.

Kerry told OK! magazine that the rumours were "sick" and insisted that it was her decision to part company with the management company.

Katona is quoted as saying: "He's old enough to be my dad!

"We argue then we kiss and make up, but as for sleeping with him, that is sick.

"For the record, Neville has never been romantically involved with me."

I'll bet he's glad about that .....
