I don't eat after 9 because I think your internal digestive (sp) organs need to rest as you will not settle and will not get to sleep well, I read that in a magazine when I was younger.

One of my graphics projects at school was about Healthy Eating and I created items for children made out of fruit and vege. And other items.

I didn't use actual fruit and vege as that would decay. I created Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck from images of fruit and made a cartoon/poster and t-shirts. And more but can't remember atm.
