I want the Wayans brothers back but I'll still see it.

Scray Movie 1 remains my favourite one because I love Scream and the 90s slasher movies it parodied. Plus it was crude humour I could laugh at.

Scary Movie 2 is my least favourite because it just seemed rushed and cheap (even though it had a bigger budget). Some of the humour was still good.

The third and fourth ones are ok but they're more about slapstick comedy rather than sex jokes. I think I prefer them less to the first 1 is also because most scary movies these days are a bit pants tbh and because Scary Movies 3 and 4 started spoofing other movies like 8 Mile and Million Dollar Baby.

Perhaps with Scream 4 and all the remakes of the classic 60s, 70s and 80s horror movies Scary Movie 5 can start spoofing genuinely good horror movies again or ones that are more established. Also inject some sex jokes in to it again! Target a teen/yougn adult audience again!

Anna Faris may not reprise her role as Cindy Campbell

Most people first discovered the comedic talent of actress Anna Faris when she played Cindy Campbell in the first Scary Movie in 2000 and over the next six years, she's helped ground that comedy franchise as it spoofed dozens of movies that came out during the first half of the '00s.

It's been six years since Scary Movie 4 and while there's been talk of Dimension Films making another one ever since, they finally announced they were moving ahead with Scary Movie 5 and that it would be directed by Malcolm Lee. Other than the release date of January 11, 2013, that's pretty much all that's known about it.

Of course, we wanted to assume that Cindy Campbell would be back and it was rumored Faris might at least make a cameo, so when ComingSoon.net interviewed Anna Faris today for her new movie The Dictator with Sacha Baron Cohen, we asked whether she's gotten the call and whether Cindy may be returning.

"No, I don't think I'm going to do it," she told us. "I don't think I'm part of that. I don't know exactly what's happening with it, but I hear it's sort of in the works and stuff."

It's kind of sad to hear that Faris won't have a chance to pass on the baton, but she was glad to hear we'd miss seeing her in the movie, and maybe they'll call her eventually to at least do a cameo.

As of now, no other cast has been officially announced, although at least another "Scary Movie" regular Regina Hall has worked with Malcolm Lee before, appearing in his first movie The Best Man.

Cindy not being in the film will be a huge loss, but if Brenda isnt in it either then they might as well just cancel the whole thing

3 is one of my favourite movies ever. I don't like deep movies with amazing plots much, or I'm never in a mood to watch them. I prefer simple **** like this, I'll probably grow out of it but I often want to watch a film when I'm tired and don't want to focus too much.

But no Anna? Not impressed.

Scary Movie 5 Will Be a Complete Reboot – Charlie Sheen Attached

While Anna Farris may not be involved in the fifth installment of Dimension Films’ Scary Movie franchise, it appears as if Lindsay Lohan is ready and willing to fill those boots, but it also appears that she will not be alone.
According to E! Online, Lindsay Lohan has now officially signed on to star in the film (we said early last month that she was in talks) which apparently is not a sequel at all, but a complete reboot of the franchise.
Also, the site is reporting that Charlie Sheen is said to return to the fold, although nothing has been made official on his part just yet.
So what do you guys think? Does a reboot sound good with Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen in tow? Let us know your views below.
