The only problem with this theory is that non of the "celebs" in the house are big enough or interesting enough for them to go to the lengths of holding live feed for them. Plus, invasion of privacy is basically what BB is.

oh yeah it totally is! hense Big Brother, but C5 have been so 'starstruck' if you will with the whole, we have BB, they dont know what to do with it, they came up with so many ideas, i knew they would do something like 'win a trip to the house to watch a movie' Channel 5 are being Dizzy Bints and doing to much, they thought the complexity of the BBUKLive would be enough, but the backlash is huge, they need to calm down... they wanted all these mixed characters in, instead of growing balls and saying 'right dont like it, **** off' they bent over backwards for this line up and everything backfired!

In my opinion, he's making this up.

But if it is true, Jedward, Any and Kerry are the only people C5 would listen to about this, as they are probably the biggest names (for the target audience anyway) and I think Jedward would be the ones with the most to gain from not being shown 24 hours a day.

A side note, it's funny how this has only come into play after about 8 series isn't it?

Also, let's say this is true and the celebs don't want their "bad-sides" being broadcast, would this mean their manager has to check what goes out? I mean, just because it isn't shown live doesn't necessarily mean it can't be shown in the highlights show.

So I don't really buy it, I think it's just Channel 5 being cheap.

I actually think its nothing to do with 'diva' celebs, its more to do with Channel 5 wanting complete control over the house, which they can easily do now.

I doubt it will be back for BB.

If they did have plans for Live Feed then which Celeb did they so desperately want that made them sacrifice those plans? I don't think they would have wanted any of them in there that much tbh

I'd be happy if they brought back lf for bb12, I think it would make the whole series better.

speculation, thoughts, lies or not I am hoping the BBUK main show will be more "back to basics" then this celeb show, all the editing they are doing just seems tedious and is poorly done.

They wont. It will be like this for BB12 as well. All we can hope for is live feed to give us another option.

It would at least be something, we have no conversations between housemates, only 'scenes' which last more then 45 seconds. The editing is catering to attention deficient teenagers who really don't have the money to spend that the channel needs. Die hards and gamblers are the ones who pump in the money to the channel.
What happens if there is a big bust up in the house will we see only clips of it? Will we get the full picture? How much can you take out before the show is no longer BB?
Even last season with the live feeds in evening in afternoon when the most amount of activity happened was something.
I am hoping that hings improve or I will probably just stop watching and wait ill the main show comes and see if there are improvements then.

BB needs live feed, it doesn't have to be 24/7, why can't C5 see some live feed is needed? The only thing that might give us an idea of what's going on is the first eviction interview/s maybe?
