Make your profile picture a really clear, close up picture of you, click add and she'll presumably recognise your face and 9/10 times people will accept; then either catch her on chat or fb message her just saying you were being a creep and found her through her cousin, just make a joke out of it and take the chat from there. Go for it! The worst that can happen is she declines, and even then she might only do that because she's serious about her privacy. Do it!
