I agree with you 100% and I dont want to come across as homophobic here but I think if a straight guy had said he would have punched Aaron in the face,I think he would have had a first and final warning.

Its more to do with Tom's size and general demeanour than his sexuality. There are some *big gay men who would have gotten a warning. But Tom is built like a 12 year old girl and it was laughable.
