So you think 1 man should be able to make all media and all government pay? I thought that's what we have courts for? WHy didn't he go to court against the media and government, you really think rioting is an appropriate civilized response? get a clue.

Oh I'm sorry I think a Father of a young daughter who was shot by a police officer for no reason deserves Justice. All we get is "Youth Rioter jailed for 12 months" "Tottenham, the place that started the terrible scenes in the summer" on the news. No mention of the fact someone actually got killed before all this. What is worse exactly, Rioting/Looting or Murder??

But of course because Mark fell under the "Male from Urban area" category nothing has been mentioned. Can you imagine if a Police officer killed an unarmed man somewhere like Buckinghamshire? There would be public outcry

Anyone of any race would be charged for the same crime no matter what his race. i think you are absolutely wrong.

I couldn't care what happens to this guy...................I'm talking about the fact what he done is overshadowing the main issue here from the media and Government.

The death of an innocent person and an abuse of power from a police officer who should be in Jail like all the rioters.

i disagree, that police offer is going to work every day risking his life. It's not the same as just a normal person. Obviously police officers will be more defensive because he was probably attacked and assualted many times in his career, so you can understand why he would be more defensive.

If i was a police officer, i wouldn't take any chances either.

I have respect for the police, because i know when i'm in trouble they are first people i call.

Bgritish people sem to treat the police the way tourists treat the guards outside buckingham palace, you can just harass them and expect them to remain professional, cause that is their job.

British people don't treat the cops as an authority, they treat them like the guards of buckingham palace, taunting them until they snap. it's insane. you expect them to protect you but you give them no respect or appreciation. That's wrong imo.

And the riots were not political dude, they interviewed a lot of the rioters, and it had nothing to do with that specific case.

The riots never were political. This was a well known fact. It was due to the fact that the local neighborhood weren't allowed to protest the shooting of an unarmed,harmless man simply because it was done by a police officer.

The protest for him was peaceful up until the moment Police officers started Beating up a 16 year old girl. The rest is all history....................well instead of the actual riots as we are reminded of every day. Shame Mark Duggan has been forgotten completely though, doesn't surprise me. Covering it up anyway they can with the Looters who are getting more than a murderer.
