I don't think it was because he'd look bad, i wouldn't have given either as he has a little he comes first in Aarons eyes and i admire him for that, plus there was only £990 beside his name no matter what they said they'ed do with the money once they were outside the house thats only hear say.
Jay and Louise were very sly the way they acted, can't see it lasting once outside the house after there discussion on he she's, Louise face said it all.

You really need to think about your priorities in life, if you think for a moment that giving a 500 pound gift to someone you do not know from squat and might be lying to you ( Alex and Tom anyone) and more so if you do not have money to do such extravagances. Jay and Louise insist on saying they do not have money and yet they spend money they do not have yet and might not get depending on the final result of the prize twist.

The principle that Aaron is trying to make across is that it is just an effort from Louise and Jay to buy votes , and not the intention that was behind the gifts, the fact that they needed to hide the gesture from Aaron and exclude him in an desperate attempt to gain sympathy from the viewers, and the incessant aggressiveness from Louise and Jay to point out how expansive the gifts were is just so vulgar and a proof of their guilt of doing it for that sole reason (vote buying)

facts please.....Jay never uttered a word about how much the gifts cost, that was all down to louise.
