I bear grudges the best and I am a male.

Females are quite good at bearing grudges in a close relationships, male tend to let things ride. (Because we know how to swallow our pride and show respect to the person we love.)

However outside of intimate/famile/close relationships it depends on the personalities involved.

Men, if they're anything like me. The longest I've ever held a grudge for is about 3 hours.

I think women have more time to think about that ****, though. I'm sure there are more important things in the world to worry about than holding silly grudges.
