I havent seen the second one,I watched some of the first one by accident and thought it was gross,but it seems to have a bit of a cult following now(I did say 'cult')lol,lord knows why ,I love horrors and can stomach most things but that was not my kind of movie at all.

It actually makes me feel sick. I saw the trailer for the first one and I felt ill. I read the synopsis for the second and I very nearly threw up.

I don't understand what compels this man to make such disgusting, vile and grotesque movies. He's ****ed up in the head. Really.

I think most people actually watch films like The Human Centipede out of inqusitiveness. I know I did. I thought the synopsis was a bit sick, but was intrigued, so when the film came on the SyFy channel it made me want to watch it. Shock tactics basically. The film was pretty crap though. It had no clever twist to it and the acting was pretty dire which doesn't want me make to watch the second one.

Kind of people who make these films think they're being really artistic by trying to break through boundaries and stuff, most just rightly think they're a bit sick though, I'll probably end up watching the films at some point though out of curiosity

Big Brother influenced horror film The Human Centipede, says director
The director of controversial new film The Human Centipede claims his experience working on Big Brother influenced the movie.

Tom Six told Metro.co.uk in an exclusive chat that his stint as a director for the TV show in Holland gave him an insight into "human behaviour".
"It was a very good learning experience," he said.
"I got to see a lot of human behaviour and that really helps as a director when you write your script. You see more under the microscope."
The Human Centipede revolves around a crazy surgeon (played by Dieter Laser) who kidnaps tourists and conducts gruesome experiments on them.
He ends up surgically joining two young American women and a Japanese man to form a "human centipede".
Cinema-goers were so shocked over the film that some even created a Facebook page filled with death threats.
He defended his film saying: "I like it when people talk about your film."
"When you write a story like this you know it’s going to be controversial. People are going to love it or absolutely hate it, and I don’t care really much."
"Of course there are people who are really angry but it's just a movie - it's make believe."
"I’m not a murder or child rapist. I’m just a film-maker."
The Human Centipede is out on release now.
