Personally don't agree with all the donating and how it actually helps in the short term/long term, but some of the sketches/docu's are fun

clearly it does help otherwise they wouldnt do all these charity shows like sport relief then theres comic relief which is the same really only sport relif is every year whereas comic relif is once every 2 years and sport relief has more people/celebs doing sport events for charity

and then theres children in need and i always try to donate to them all
its all for a good cause , if you dont like the shows then fine but the charities themselves are worth it i think

Yeah but it just goes into the African governments pockets. Little actually gets spent on what it was actually for. Need to solve what's causing the problem in the first place not just paper over the cracks.

..the thing is though...I don't think it all get's through...maybe not even a high percentage...and hasn't ever since the first Band Aid concert...the figures just don't seem to add up...I'm not saying don't do it...but you can't blame people for being cynical...because the governments must take the lions share of what's raised..I can't think of any other explanation...I think the one thing that can 'rival' the poverty....is the bribery and corruption
