My review-

for sure this house beats all the houses since BB9- however I really dislike the whole bright lights feel to it- makes it look like a studio.

The garden is amazing- really nice apart from the las vegas backdrop- the pool and jacuzzi and everything are lush.

FINALLY the bedroom is in a different place [first time since BB9 the bedroom's been placed elsewhere]- I love having the bedroom in a different part of the house it's fantastic- yeah the bathroom's nice too being elsewhere.

The kitchen we haven't see much of but looks okay.

So we have the whole space where the bedroom used to be for free use? What will that be used for?

Glad they changed the staircase however wtaf don't they put a wall there or something? I dislike the open plan staircase thing a lot and the diary room corridor is pointless to. I swear if they keep that same padeed diary room backdrop....

This series looks promising so far- all we need is one killer twist to make the series it's own.

Really like this house . Think it's the best one since bb7/bb9 the garden looks fantastic as does the bedroom

Its pretty, but the fact that the layout has been the same for three seasons in a row is really annoying. I hate the diary room being under the stairs so much.

The layout is different this year LOL. Well, to some extent.

The Bathroom and Bedroom have been moved abit, better than nothing I guess.

But thats two rooms. The living room, kitchen, and garden are near enough the same shape as they were in 2010. Its silly.

I'd even go as far back as to say the whole layout hasn't really changed much since BB8, at least the inside part of the house anyway.

It's BB8 that started this long, narrow shape of the main area with various rooms coming off of the sides. Before that we had houses like BB6 and BB7 where the front door was in a random place, and the shape of the main area varied each year. It's too bog-standard for me nowadays.

Love It if they keep the diary room door the colour it is in the press launch pics rather than the horrible one they've got it in the house pics. Though I don't like the wall around the door either.

Yeah but it's not a normal green it's a horrible bluey green that looks really tacky especially surrounded by that wall.

Not impressed and agree with everyone who thinks they have an obsession with neon lighting. Neon lights around mirrors, neon lights around the toilet, neon lights around the kitchen sink, neon lights around the pool I have nothing against neon lights, but I really don't understand why they feel it is a must to have them every bleeding series now. Too much like just another cosy little trendy nightclub.

It's the same shape that really bothers most though, even the shape of the garden looks the same yet again and that bleeding pool.. Hope it is just the pictures and it will look much different when I see it live though. Entertaining housemates are more important obviously, but I do miss the days when I got excited at seeing a house that looked very unique for it's series like BB5/BB6/BB9.

I agree. looking at pictures you could be forgiven for thinking that 5, 6 and 9 houses were in separate compounds. Nowadays, it's all very samey year on year. They need some designers who want to be a bit more imaginative with fresh ideas (both for the show and the house). But, given the fact the show is 12-13 years old I can forgive a little bit of recycling.
