Thing is in recent years I have found the nomination process quite predictable and well boring. And block voting has always been a problem.

Discussion will lead to gameplay and more unpredictable results, and hopefully more variety on who gets put up.

BB is evolving!

Great let's just have a series full of blatant gameplaying and sly block voting rubbish, thanks CH5

This is not good news. Why do they have to mess with the innate quality of Big Brother.

Sigh.

It was pretty much allowed last series anyway.

Meh. Shows evolve over time. This both has its advantages and disadvantages.

Think nominations should be scrapped altogether tbh, put them all up every week in a vote to save, better that than this gameplaying nonsense

How do we know its not a task anyway? If it's not, like I said, they dont need to tell the others. How incredible, just them 2 knowing.

don't really see how people discussing nominations can make it more unpredictable though, it will just be who has the majority of members in their clique putting the other clique up for eviction every time, at least when it's not discussed you'll only know the outcome when it's on BOTS now it's going to be predictable as ****

You'd rather be voting for your favourite every week for 10 weeks or however long it is?

No one would.

The others will surely read it in the rule book too though, or they'll find out soon some other way

Urgh, they are actual bellends.

It was good last series when Aaron used it to own Anton, but bar that, just no.

As much as I love Big Brother, I'm really beyond caring.

Yeah there aren't enough clever people like Aaron this season to put the Nomination discussions into good use

Isn't that what already happens on most of these other shows? X Factor etc. Would be a lot fairer that way rather than what it'll be now of the same people up every week and the undeserving ones slipping through to the final

I think it's great - always loved the gameplay element of the show and I think this will help to influence people into playing more of a game! Can't wait!

Nominations are too important to Big Brother. Evictions are too important to Big Brother, they'd no longer be these big events if it was the same every week. Having everybody up every week would undermine a lot about the show. It would be boring.

I agree. This is fantastic news. Nomination talk will make the show a lot more interesting.

They others are going to find out about it surely though at some point. I doubt they can keep it a secret from them for the entire series. Somebody else is bound to discover this at some point in the future, either from them of from Big Brother. Unless the rules are changed again...

Yeah, the current production is so far from the original concept that, really, the name of the series should change .....

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no! This crushes me. Remember when Imogen and Sezer were banned from nominating after briefly discussing it? Imogen couldn't nominate for weeks. And remember Mo and Rex getting sent to jail for discussing nominations? This is such bad news - they really are trying to change my favorite show which is a real shame
