Absoloutly not! The prize money is for the winner. Everyone has things Important to them that they would like to spent 100k (or whatever the amount may be) on, and bb is not a charity

No I don't think BB should pay for reasons other posters have said but maybe viewers would be willing to donate to contribute?
So when he's evicted he finds out viewers have paid for his op. It's not just about the money it'd be a message to him about acceptance.
