It seems to me that he's trying to sleaze his way back into favour. If he were really sorry he'd have apologised to Deana. He knows now Shiv has gone that's one less vote against the outsiders. On the surface, he cannot think he needs to really, he has just come through another eviction battle, the housemates have no idea of percentages as to what the eviction candidates got, for all they know every eviction vote could have barely 1% beteween all the housemates up for eviction.
What the house now has, is Deana who has survived 2 evictions, one a 4way battle, they also have Conor who has survived 3 evictions, 2 also like Deana topping the votes.

From what I had seen,(if I was in the house), would be those 2 housemates as very likely the really strong ones.
Every housemate says once they are up for eviction, they would love to see their family again if evicted, obviously they would too,that is also in part likely a cover for when they go too though.

The thing is there will always be a low, when put up for eviction and the run up to that will have in any housemate, all things running though your mind, once you win an eviction battle however and realise the public have voted to 'save' you,then new adrenalin comes from that and housemates feel fully refreshed again likely.

Except he wasn't on a high after the save last week. That's when he was tearful and wanted to get out. It was Arron going that prompted him to realise his group wasn't as immune as he first thought.

I somehow cannot see housemates putting either Conor or Deana up, they cannot know for sure if anyone else would be up with them.

Having survived the last 2 evictions, both of them, that would likely be crazy to risk being up against either Deana or Conor or both.
That is if they carefully think it though of course,that is the way I would see it if I was in there however.

This 'apology' is said with so much anger, it's really weird. It comes across as more of an arrogant 'order' and not an apology at all. He's just getting Becks & Scott lined up on his side. Shievonee was just out and he is planning the next week's nom's straight away.

Sad how Beck's was sitting there lapping it all up when only a short while ago BB played his 'D & B' statement. She really is a sheep if she falls for it.

And notice how when Conor was up last week he went into a happy-dappy performance for a week and as soon as Shiev had gone he has reverted back to his nasty vile self that he obviously had kept suppressed for a week.
