Well for me she picked a new target all the time, someone she percieved to be weak or vulnerable and she encouraged her cronies to target them too. That's a bully in my eyes and the worse kind, not an ignorant, mindless one. A calculating one. I don't think I've ever disliked a HM as much as her. As she said herself, no redeeming qualities.
