I was expelled/excluded once (not sure which, whichever is when they say you cant go in for a week, not permanently ) for demanding a refund after I paid 20 quid to go on a trip to flamingoland and then on the day there wasnt enough seats on the bus so they had to pick some people not to go.

I still think i did nothing wrong, it was their mistake so no reason for them to keep my money

Flamingoland that does seem a but ridiculous that they keep the money you paid for a trip that you didn't even go on because they messed up, you're just funding their cock ups

I would think the same except I would be a little more inclined towards something violent. why? because we've seen an agressive side of him and its human nature to judge based on what you've seen.. So yes, his behavior in the house would taint my opinion of him.
