I can't believe how well Helen was doing until the last couple of rounds.

Same with the Rosemary/Eric and Limahl/Hugo vote offs.
That was to give Eric and Hugo extra votes in rounds afterwards.

Don't think you can really blame Kiki lol, the lines closed literally a couple of seconds after she appeared didn't they, there'd barely have even been time to vote

More likely Charlie got the casual vote from those who only tuned in for the final because, like Jordan said, she's more known to a British audience

Kiki was produced for the "Doors" BTT - the viewers saw her waiting for Mummy and then bursting into tears when it didn't happen - subsequently, Charlie was "told" that she had "missed" Kiki and immediately turned on the tear tap, too .....

Dear Mummy,

I love you so much, you are doing brilliantly and I am really proud of you. I love the room service, we have been having ice cream, pink champagne and lots of fun on your bill every day. Don't worry about us, you are in it now you may as well try and win it for all of us. I can't wait to see you, you should have opened the yellow door. I was behind it. You are the best mummy in the world

All my love Kiki

P.s can't wait to go to the fun things with you

“It felt like somebody had got a boot and kicked me in the gut," revealed a heart-wrenched Charlie, after finding out that her family were behind closed doors in Door-to-door.

"I didn’t even think about having your family behind the door would have been an option.”

Rosemary and David then explained that the relatives could hear everything that they were saying.

A tearful Charlie was comforted by her camp mates and said, "This is heartbreaking. Yellow’s my favourite colour she would have been thinking ‘mummy would pick yellow.'"

Quote:
After seeing Charlie distraught at not seeing her daughter behind Door-to-Door, it was a moment of joy when the Celebrities gave Charlie a four minute phone call to her daughter, Kiki.

Squealing with delight, Charlie was so excited to hear from Kiki.

"I miss you mummy, you are doing really well, you have lost a lot of weight, I’ve been watching and I can’t tell you how proud I am of you," said Charlie's little girl.

Charlie told her how much she loved her and that her handwriting in the letter she sent to camp was really good.

“You are the best mummy, you will win it now, I want to be the princess of the jungle! I love you!”

Charlie told Kiki, “You will be princess of the jungle no matter what."

Exactly. I do not think Ashley would care about this anyway, she probably would have loved to won but was not too disappointed and was happy for Charlie.

The trial won it for Charlie. She was funnier than Ashley.

Neither were deserving winners though so who cares?

Just because you have an opinion, doesn't mean its the be all and end all
Some people clearly care, because the person they wanted to win didn't which is fine... I'm sure if someone you really liked came 2nd by that close you'd be annoying
smh

Hey I'm not saying Ashley shouldn't have won, out of the final two she was much more deserving and I was pissed when she didn't...not saying I wasn't at all. But at the end of the day they didn't contribute the most out of the whole cast so in the grand scheme of things, it's not really that important.

In BGT it's all subjective, depends what type of act you like. There's no right or wrong answer, so I'd never question anyone's favourites. As for X Factor - in your sig you have Kye Sones and Carolynne Poole, and you're bringing my favourites into question? Seriously? X Factor is the same as BGT to an extent although it's kinda more like supporting marketable acts, of which Kye and Carolynne are not.

And then Arron. Didn't create many talking points in the first few weeks with his arguments with Victoria, Deana, Luke S etc? Didn't stir sh*t up and contribute a fair bit to the show? Of course not. So that's not really a useful example to bring up.

And Union J are marketable, when there are already shitloads of crappy boybands in the industry?

Boybands are marketable by default, much more so than two 30-something singers with next to no stage presence whatsoever.

With boybands it's theirs to lose...everything is set up in their favour, it only crumbles if they spoil it. The likes of Kye and Carolynne don't have that luxury.

Well if and when it so happens that she's actually had some mild success, I will hold my hands up and apologise. I just can't see it.

And before someone says the same thing for Union J, I've never said or am saying any success is guaranteed for them, my point is that by default they are more marketable than someone like Caryolynne or Kye.
