The other examples are different, BB Africa was a swap with one of their contestants and the others were for just a few hours. Rylan has been regularly leaving the house more then once a week since the start and people are saying its no big deal?

The difference being those things are very highly doubtful of being included/written into their contract at an agents reguest, Those mentioned are from an ordinary BB show not a Celeb one, and they shouldn't have been allowed either as I am sure many pointed out at the time. Funerals are another matter, and rightly so that any housemate should be allowed to attend such and be informed of any family or friend illnesses also.

The Celebs are all head hunted for the show, and obviously some may demand a clause such as Rylan's agent must have to agree to do the show at all. So fans have every right to get riled at the latest shannigans from BB.

No Scott didn't go in knowing his relative would die, and the other two were fully supervised tasks that were aired. We haven't seen Rylan in rehearsals, its all been done on the sly plus they accepted him on those conditions which is not right.

As a fan of theirs, I know they won't win, Rylan being there it not I can't see it happening but I feel this scandal is really unfair not only to the other housemates but to viewers. If Speidi had been leaving the house I would be just as annoyed as I am at it being Rylan.

They were tasks. BB didnt lie to fans or cover it up.

They were still filmed the whole time as stated in the rules.

I'm sure if Speidi had been leaving the house you would be the first person to start a thread saying you were outraged.

I still like Rylan just a bit dismayed at this latest. However, to give him the benefit of the doubt, he might have mentioned it on BB and the editing crew decided to edit it out? It might be why Gillian saw it as no big deal to mention it if she thought viewers already knew? I believe most of the blame has to lie with BB, and want to see how they try and wriggle out of this one.
