These pictures were taken last May, so comparing that to Jake's new picture it seems very little has changed - and given that the crowd layout is identical there's clearly not going to be any major revamps of the stage area.

Not that I've got any problem with that - I love the current set-up (although they need to keep the eye door closed during interviews this year )

Where the bloody hell is the house though? Is all that scaffolding one of the walls? so they've actually demolished one and are starting part of it from scratch?

Also who'd have thought that it would be Jake Humphrey that would get BB fans talking about the house I wonder why he was there anyway

Oh hang on, I've just realised the house is right at the back and not in the foreground of the picture I've kept looking at this picture all day and have just thought that it was looking straight down the set as if the house was on the right, when it's actually at the back of the picture...

Well there's still two months yet, would it take much longer than a few weeks to build a new one / replace it with an old one? Marcus seems to think a new outdoor stage is happening, unless he means the eye studio from which Brian does the interviews rather than the runway and stairs.

The BT Sport studio is at the Olympic Park though, so it'll be interesting to see why they've ventured to Elstree to film

They'll need the stage to be completed a bit sooner that for rehearsals and testing, so if there was going to be any massive revamp to the outdoor layout surely they'd have at least cleared the area by now?

Is it just me or does it look like they're building a pitched roof at the top of the house? Like a roof only on one side slanting up and away from the front of the house? Im looking at the grid of wood on the right hand side. Maybe there's a section that has an upstairs overlooking the garden. That would be cool

Im so sick of the set up.

Another change they need to make is take all the lighting and screens off the house. I cant even remember the last time the house exterior even resembled the famous white BB house.

I doubt they'd change the doors only to cover them in the screen. Especially considering how lazy they've been about changing anything else.

The front of the house would probably be one of the last things they change. It's all temporary standing (however permanent it may be) so we're talking days rather than weeks to change anything. I suspect the basic structure will remain the same, stage and all. They might change the eye for something else, though not sure what could better the eye. If they did drop it from the stage I think it might be worth putting it on the house as the entrance itself.
