wrong, the intention was humiliation........if you tried that on any female colleague at work, no one would see any fun in it , youd lose your job and probably end up in court.

The point is the law comes into play, due to the situation the person is in, and not just because someone pulled someones pants down, so it's a criminal offence. you haven't got a point either, you can't judge the situation and say well if you was at work and someone did it, its a criminal offence, this is a totally different situation, 2 people in one room, at night, everyone else is asleep, in the middle of something, she pulls his pants down, to either make a joke with that person who appears to be angry and try to make him realise it was just a laugh, or to gain some control in the situation, forget the live tv feed, which they aren't a where of whats being broadcast and whats not, at that time.

I think she did, but we can agree to disagree on that, even regardless of intent she was bang out of order, that's considered sexual assault and many men have gone to jail for that.
