Annie.. It's awful. But the fact I'm so sore must mean its doing something I suppose. Dave did it without weights the first time and he's nowhere as sore as I am, so is recommend using the weights
 Hurry up and do it and we can share pain stories!

I've had tests for this and that, and will be having my gall bladder out shortly.
Lost quite a bit of weight so looking forward to strengthening up.
