It wont take away the fact animals are killed I know that , for me I don't like the texture or the smell of meat ,and tbh it's not that good for you all the time.

Did you know quorn is in the same family of fungus as athletes foot?... Enjoy!
My daughter ended up anemic twice while she was veggie, keep your protein up

I did too Kizzy,had to have iron tablets,but seem to have got the balance right now,and thanks for the info about Quorn!!!!

I ended up being really ill and skinny when I tried being a veggie, then again I wasn't at the right age/frame of mind, it's probably be different if i tried now

I think low levels of iron cause anemia, not protein.. Red meat is rich in iron.. But veggies can get iron from eggs, green veg etc

It's something to do with having much more taste buds than a normal tongued person, and can as a result taste the underlying bitter taste in broccoli, brusselsprouts and pineapple
