Can I suggest that a Mod makes a STICKY thread in C & G requesting that no one answers these idiots, I'm sure they come back even if banned, to see what reaction they get.

Then there ought to be a way round that, e.g make it a requirement that the email address has to be a non web-based one, genuine users can do that!
