My neck still hurts, not as much as last night but I still can't turn it properly. I was going to go for a long walk today too. Damn old age.

Heat makes it worse alot of times, an ice pack would probably have been better.

I hope it's not a trapped nerve, I had one of those in my neck a couple of years ago, it was the worst two weeks of my life :/ It probably isn't though if it's better now than yesterday

Yeah, mine started off just like my neck was stiff, then I couldn't turn my head and it got worse and worse until I couldn't stand up or sit up cos when my neck had to support my head it was so painful I started getting sick and it felt like my head was going to explode, I was on pain killers and the couch for 2 weeks. But if yours is starting to feel better rather than worse, it won't be that

I don't know how I did it. I sat how I usually sat and then when I went to get up to go home I noticed it was a little sore and then when I got home I could barely move it without wincing in sheer pain.
