..I think that the important thing is when you feel yourself that it's right to lose your virginity...I think that there is always pressure to do this, even if that pressure is put on yourself and it's through different stages/ages in people's lives..'all of my friends have partners/in a long term relationship/married etc...'...

..it is sad when it's self esteem though because it's probably just that you haven't met the right person who will help you see the amazing things about yourself when you see yourself through their eyes...I think what I find annoying though with the self esteem thing is that it effects people differently and with Liz, it's obviously meant a complete lack of sexual experience because she felt 'unlovable' in a physical sense..?...but with some, I think it can be more the opposite and a bit of a 'promiscuous' thing because they need that physical thing to feel loved and for a short time it raises their self esteem maybe, but then if it's a female, they will often be judged for it and called unpleasant names....


..but yeah, who cares when people lose their virginity or what their sex life is, so long as it's all consensual stuff..it's really a very personal thing...

she's spooky. she reminds me of one of those controlling, abusive, super-religious moms from horror movies.

Nothing wrong with that whatsoever. May not have been the case for Liz but many people are asexual, which is fine and entirely natural. Each to their own and all that. Heart sank when she explained her reason behind it, though.

probably just because she's not very social, and didn't really interact with a lot of guys in social situations. she seems a bit of a book worm, focusing more on education and career.

I think she only really interacts with men in professional environments.

lol no, the housemates thought they were at first when she was going on about returfing her lawn but she was completely serious, it was kind of like she was saying there was always something needing doing that distracted her from her sex life but it was also pretty clear that it was mainly cos she wasn't very confident
