I should eat better than I do, but the doctors say its nothing to do with what u eat. I try to not to get too stressed as that starts it off.

..yeah, I know my dad had a really healthy diet but he still suffered from it but stress is definitely a factor, Mizzy...it is with quite a lot of things, I think...

It wouldn't have done her much good in the BB house either, as she would need to avoid a good many foods.
It is an awful condition, a friend has it and it seesm really awful.

Hope Sam gets it handled well.
