I don't know what a 'down market' supermarket is, but any supermarket if there is a glut of them and not enough doctors or other important facilities is going to come under fire I would have thought?

OK so in theory, I'm all for supermarkets utilising the space by building homes above, but that picture? "bliss"? It's an eyesore... It looks bloody awful :/
