There is 14 or 20 choices

Fecking Vote
Its your Duty.

If we go into WW3

never able to vote

Congratulations on missing my point completely

I'm 19 and I voted Green this morning, my point is that a vote for UKIP is not a protest vote, spoiling your ballot paper is. What I said was that turning up and drawing a cock on it would be more worthwhile of a protest than voting for Nigel Farage and his minions. I didn't do that because I'm not trying to make a statement or engage in some kind of political protest, but if you are then spoiling your ballot paper would be much more effective than voting for a party which are, quite frankly, disgraceful.

You don't have to vote for anyone, but at least turn up and spoil your ballot. That's the protest. Turnout figures go up, as do the number of spoiled ballots...what does that say about people's attitudes towards politicians in 2014? I don't understand how people can't see this. If you want to protest and you don't like modern politics and political figures then that's fine and actually totally understandable, but at least turn up so you're counted but can stick it to them by saying 'no, none of you are appealing'

Just been along to vote. Makes me feel so grown up

Mine and Gavs votes cancel each other out though really so no need for us to do it but we still did.

Only some places had local ones I think, depends where you are. Seem to have them in Norwich every year but that might be cos its a city council we're electing

Ah right, dont think ours was a local one then..sure we had one not long ago and for the locals we tend to have about 4 labour options, 2 conservatives, and one of others. Today we only had a choice of 6 parties, one for each
