Kinda debating if I should get the new FIFA game.

They have all the MLS teams (minus the two new ones that start next year, hopefully a roster update or a DLC comes out to fix that) but they show no love for the stadiums. There's a couple of good ones like Sporting Park and Centurylink Field.

I have FIFA 13, I think that's a bit behind.

Depends really, its only £7 and the free packs come in really handy if you play UT. It drags you in so you end up spending quite a bit of money on packs though, i didnt bother with it last year.

Think i'll get the standard edition and stick to normal online seasons, be a pro and career mode, the inclusion of all 20 PL stadiums is huge for career mode now.

Career Mode is meh after I got into 2K. Fifa is generally there for Online,Clubs and UT. I only play offline if it's friends round.

You've never been able to so probably not. The game settings are always set for like 2 minute halfs.. Very annoying.
