you can make poached in your microwave
fill a mug halfway with water, crack and egg inside making sure the yolk isn't broke and stick it in.

It's quite refreshing to actually know some younger people can cook for themselves btw, Locke not being able to use a tin opener and Jake almost burning his house down trying to make an egg made me worry about future generations tbh
