We've seen her behaviour with our own eyes. I hardly think that apart from the HL shows she is an entirely different person. It is very reasonable to assume that she could be even worse and more foul mouthed.
It explains the other girls reaction to her and why they don't confront her. They are too scared and they get it out by bitching to each other about her, which is perfectly normal under the circumstances.
