No, I think she definitely was making a 'dig', she said right after 'I didn't mean it being a twat, but..'. Though I don't actually think she was insulting him, just pointing out that he isn't really close to anyone. It wouldn't make any sense to add that afterwards if she'd meant it at the mates of Chris (and the intonation was all wrong if she'd been saying that anyway).
