I wish we had things like that here. I have to travel all the way to Liverpool for anything interesting.

I look forward to those pictures in your image threads.

Oh that's it. I always forget the name even though it's most basic title. But yeah it did the trick that night. That and chocolate digestives dipped in cappuccino.

Yeah sure, never have done it and probs won't anytime soon but that's just cos I'm a very rare cinema visitor anyway and don't tend to consider it worth the cost, but I would in principle. The cinema isn't exactly that sociable an experience and I'm generally pretty comfortable doing stuff on my own anyway

It's not that bad, it's dark no one can see you, i only did it because i didn't know my friend wasn't turning up, so i watched hannah montana on my own, was worried at first but it wasn't that bad, but it is better to have someone next to you

I couldn't go on my own, I'm one of those people that cinema goers hate, me and my friends always used to like, chat about the film and have a laugh while it's on.. I'd feel too awkward on my own

Also, the Hannah Montana movie? Gurl please

Yeah, it's good to be with a friend to laugh at a sh*t film. But if you're going to watch something good then it's not very sociable anyway.

I haven't done so but I would if I really wanted to see something and no one else did.
It wouldn't bother me at all.

I don't understand why going to the cinema is only seen as a social event, you're literally sat in silence for 2 hours

I always plan on doing it but unless I have actual plans with someone to leave the house then I never usually do.

Nah I wouldn't.

I don't really like the cinema but when I do go I like to go with my partner so we can sit and roll eyes at each other and make faces when people around us are being annoying.

Been loads of times on my own. What's the big beef?

I go to watch the film, not chatter during the interval.

I've been a few times on my own. If there's something I want to see and nobody is around then I'll just go. Cinemas has got a bit better in the last few years for cracking down on idiots who disrupt everything. The thing that annoys me now is the sea of lights with people constantly on their phones.
