I don't think she's conceited or big headed, when I read her pre-entrance interview she talked about being very insecure growing up. She's just learning to love herself which I think is a great thing. There's definitely still insecurity deep down though, because if she was completely secure, she wouldn't have felt the need to affirm such things out loud.

Sometimes she does sound like she is trying to convince herself more than anything, by constantly repeating "I'm beautiful" it sounds like a bit of a mantra she's giving herself. It is a bit cringey to watch though.
