Well if they are Niamh,the message isn't getting through,sick of how many people park on pavements,do they not think of kids,pushchairs and disability scooters might need to get past,it's thoughtless and dangerous.

well, I wouldn't expect a disabled person in a wheel chair to go on the road in amongst the traffic :/

They are meant to, there was a story not long ago of a toddler being expected to ride on the road too :/

But that's exactly what they have to do Niamh,I get really irate when I can't get past a car with the pushchair,why should I have to go onto the road to get round a vehicle parked on a pavement,and kids shouldn't have to do that to get past either,i don't mean one wheel on the curb,I mean the whole car on the pavement.
