In terms of classic BBs, then BB6 unarguably had the best male cast.

BB13 was full of bullies, plus the boring Adam/Luke A bromance.

BB14 and BB15 were hot messes.

Out of those it would have to BB14 but none of the C5 era male casts have been great. The best male cast was by far BB6.

Of those listed I would say it goes

BB14 > BB16 > BB13 > BB15 > BB12

Channel 5 have had horrendous male casts.... all garden gnomes with **** personalities and are probably much worse than the women in self-regulation and being careful with how they are perceived due to cameras. I feel like most the boys nowadays are so BB savvy and don't do anything out of line e.g Danny with the Sarah situation and worrying how he'd look on the outside yawn
