You all think your doctors or something - it's her body and her mind and if she says it was a panic attack then it was a panic attack does it really matter if it was or not? she got hit in the face and got upset, it's not a crime.

Also sick to death of this implied stupidity if a fmer believes something. 'oh of course Nikki fans lap it up' etc, I wasn't even a massive Nikki fan this year, she was a prick towards Harry and I found her obsession with Nick really awkward but just because I believe her word about the panic attack doesn't mean I am an idiot who blindly believes everything I'm told.

Big Brother’s Nikki Grahame has hit back at Helen Wood over claims she made in her latest newspaper column.


Monday saw Helen ‘spill secrets’ from her time in the house claiming, amongst other things, that Nikki had received a formal warning and suggesting that the BB7 star was ‘faking’ her panic attacks.

In a long tweet posted online tonight, Nikki has issued a rather thorough response.

“I have refrained from making a bunch of nasty, silly and misconstrued comments and using Twitter as a weapon because I just think it’s a waste of time and not me at all and I’ll continue to do so,” she begins, before adding: “I would like to speak out against not just to defend myself but to defend the show, other housemates and defend many people in this country who have suffered or are suffering with illnesses regarding eating and growth. ”

On her supposed formal warning, Nikki states: “I was never given a formal warning in relation to Helen Wood. If she thinks I was then she has been misinformed.

“I have no reason to lie about this whatsoever. I’d always put my hands up when I’m wrong.”

Nikki also explained the very real reason behind her panic attacks, especially during the food fight that left her in tears.

“I was involved in a serious car crash in 2005 where I broke my nose and had various serious injuries. The car I was in rolled over and I was nearly crushed,” Nikki wrote. “I have suffered with small panic attacks in relation to this since it happened and unfortunately the food fight incident brought back a horrid sensation of the car crash and I suffered a mild panic attack.”

If you look at the housemates who have left the house Eileen seems bitter and was awful with Simon, Sarah is a dumbo and hair flicker, Harriet was definitely jealous of those left, Kieran was hardly featured on BBOTS Jade was ok and didn't seem too put out, Adjoa was gone too soon so not sure how she is behaving now. Helen started her vitriolic hatered the minute she got out taking to twitter and any other media who would have her. She won all the money last year and was (for some reason) asked and obviously payed to go back in. Yet her spite since she came out is well documented. Nikki waited for a few days then gave her side of the accusations Helen hurtled at her.

Even if you loved Helen you surely can see that this hate campaign is doing her no favours. She had issues with Nikki fair enough but getting personal is uncalled for.
