No way,if Danny can be threatening, aggressive and violent and stay in, there are now likely no situations except for actual assault where anyone should be ejected.

This rule breaking of Nicks pales into insignificance compared to what Danny has got away with.

If there's any actual evidence of Nick breaking the rules he should be punished. Right now all there is is hearsay from an ex-housemate. Previous housemates have been ejected for codes and communicating etc. but that was back when Big Brother has a set of rules that didn't change every series, sometimes every episode.
