Lmao that was because it was a twist for her to pretend she was a celebrity. If they were going to put Marc in, it would be a deliberate attempt to try and bring in ratings, which wouldn't work because the viewing public voted to evict him, meaning the majority of viewers don't want to see him on their television screens again.

It would just be the Nikki situation all over again.

Marc is Irish, so him being a housemate would break the theme of the show,
plus I do not think the celebrities would tolerate marc when he is shoving his hand in their faces, picking up and throwing them on the bed, calling them fat and other similar crude comments, and calling all the housemates two face liars, the same way the civilian housemates did.

He end up being kicked out of the house of because it, otherwise I can see housemates walking from the show if the producers didn't - killing the show dead in it's tracks with delayed evictions, repaying people who voted when a housemate walks because of him.
