I won't be changing my eating habits. Everything in moderation.

It wasn't long ago that washing up liquid and talcum power were probably carcinogenic. What tomorrow, I wonder?

Thanks for the link Kizzy. I was trying to listen in at work today but there was a lot of other stuff going on.

We like a healthy diet and surprisingly that doesn't have to be at all boring.

I eat red and white meat, as well as oily fish too, but as Livia says - in moderation, and I also take daily Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules and Garlic pearls and Various Vitamin supplements. I also drink lots of water and never drink 'fizzy' pops (except a splash of diet coke in my Bacardi.)

Sensible eating, really I think.

I buy mackerel fillets in tommy sauce and have that with pasta a lot. I add olives, broccoli and peas. cheap and good for you
