Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews has left the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here jungle after just a few days, it has been confirmed.


The 27-year-old arrived in Wednesday's episode alongside fellow reality TV star latecomers Ferne McCann and Vicky Pattison.

He had been living in the secondary Snake Rock camp as a forfeit after losing his first head-to-head Bushtucker Trial, with original contestants Brian Friedman, Jorgie Porter and Lady Colin Campbell later joining him.

However, ITV has confirmed this afternoon that he has now left the Australian jungle without even making it to the main Croc Creek site.

Official details of the circumstances surrounding his exit have yet to be revealed, but the Mirror is reporting that it was result of medical issues.

A source told the newspaper: "He has left the jungle on medical grounds. He was a great booking and was shaping up to be a great character. We are sorry to see him go."

Show bosses released a statement saying: "Spencer Matthews has left the jungle. We're sorry to see him leave."

More information is expected to be disclosed in tonight's show, which will see Spencer and his fellow Snake Rock campmates compete in the latest Bushtucker Trial.

His exit comes as a shock, as he seemed to be game for everything I'm A Celebrity had to throw at him.

Before his entrance, he said: "Hopefully the gory trials will come up and we will have some full on stuff that is hard to do."

He also hinted that he'd quit Made In Chelsea for the show, commenting: "Made In Chelsea is no longer challenging to me. I'm not saying I won't, but I'm not looking to go back as a cast member again."

I'm A Celebrity 2015 continues tonight at 9.00pm on ITV.

so medical reasons , when I first read about his exit I thought family reasons.No to bothered to see him go as I have no clue who he is .
