Jamie89, laws can change and are not globally universal. If the law meant that being on tape and proven to consent meant consent for the footage to be shown it would be better and lead to people maybe having a tad more self respect and responsibility for their own sexual actions.

This has made me think about something I saw when I was like 14... a girl a few years above me had been videoed by her boyfriend while they were having sex and somehow it got out and spread round the school... at the time it was very salacious and we all thought it was hilarious and fascinating and it was scandalous etc... and now, looking back, I feel really bad about it because that poor girl must have wanted to die going to school every day... but at least she got to leave school and move on with her life and probably nobody ever thinks about it now and the video probably died with Nokia or whatever, this was pre Facebook and the like... this will never go away for Charlie Sheen if it ever surfaces. He's become this total pariah recently, it's horrible. I hope things get better for him soon.
