Hmm, I'm not sure, I assumed it was his property because he was granted permission for it not to be leaked wasn't he? I can't imagine he'd be afforded that if he had no rights over it? If that's not the case then fair enough with the Charlie Sheen case (although morally I'm still totally against it) but really I was just speaking generally in response to Alex_Fronts post which was talking about how if people make a video, then they can't complain if someone else gets their hands on it.

As he appeared in the video and didn't shoot it and due to the court cases I'd assume, I might be wrong, that Sheen fdoesnt own the vid. Once we get to the bottom of who owns the vid then they are the person with the rights to distribute it.

If it was up to me then anyone who appears in a video would have a say in whether or not it's ok to be distributed. I don't know why they don't just make the law simple and implement that. Cases like this are only going to increase over time surely.
